Teens and sleep

Well I've certainly learned a lot from our project.I didn't know know much your sleep can effect your day. Many people stay awake until very late hours of the night even though they have to get up early in the morning.I've just recently learned that you can get diseases and sickness from lack of sleep. Grown-ups and adults aren't the only ones not getting enough sleep the majority of the population of people that aren't getting sleep are teens.Thats one of the main reasons why some teens are not getting good grades and sleeping in class.
